Sharing facilities to create a skunkworks/training grounds where MSI students can learn while creating new payloads. - 12:30: How to create a winning ROSES proposal - ingredients of a successful proposal with tips on proposal development and submission (Dave Leisawitz).
- 12:40: Updates on the NASA Internship program, postdoc (Blanche Meeson).
- 12:50: Different paths to working at NASA (Eddie Gonzales).
